What area does the DUO 1000 ME heat?
In ECO and TURBO modes, the heater can effectively warm rooms of up to 20 m², depending on the season and the mode selected.
❇️ Ceramic heater operating modes:
♻️ ECO mode - 500 W/h power (this mode runs 2 ceramic plates at 250 W/h each). It's typically used in autumn and spring, when outdoor temperatures stay above +5°C. In this mode, the heater uses up to 5 kWh per day and covers an area of up to 20 m².
♨️TURBO mode - 1000 W/h power (this mode runs the heating element plus 2 ceramic plates). TURBO mode (maximum air heating) is mainly used during the cold season (December–February), when outdoor temperatures drop below 0°C. Running in this mode, the ceramic heater uses up to 10 kWh per day and effectively warms an area of up to 20 m² with quality warm air, without drying out the air or burning oxygen. That's exactly why this heating appliance is called a ceramic convection heater.
This new SUPER heater has an extremely high efficiency rating of 98%. This impressive figure is mainly due to the fact that it heats using 3 types of heat simultaneously and in 3 different directions (left, right, and up).
As a result, the ECOTEPLO DUO 1000 ME ceramic heater offers a wide heating range, allowing for very efficient management of power consumption alongside quality, safe warmth.
How does the heater's thermostat work?
The ECOTEPLO DUO 1000 ME ceramic heater has a built-in electronic thermostat (with an air sensor) that lets you set the room air temperature anywhere from 5 to 35 °C. For example, if you set the thermostat to +25 °C, the heater will keep running until the room reaches +25 °C.
Note: Once the set temperature is reached, the heater switches off automatically. When the temperature drops by 1 degree, say to +24 °C, the heater switches back on and keeps working until the room warms up to 25 °C again, then switches off once more. Thanks to this on/off cycling, the ECOTEPLO DUO 1000 ME ceramic heater keeps the room heated 24 hours a day while actually drawing power for only around 12 hours a day.
